I live being British
Why are there so many videos on this carrier?
Here before the comments 🤦🏾♂️
(Haven't watched the video) Well it can't be alone because it's just big and bulky It's not as fast or agile as a destroyer so if a submarine sneaks up on it and fires a torpedo It can't escape it (unless the sub misses) I believe it's also because its turrets aren't as strong as destroyers and warships
Please don't reply "you know nothing" because I do know something about the navy and ships but I'm more of a rail and aviation enthusiast.
Why tf am I watching this instead of studying. I'm not even British
So no different to any other Aircraft Carrier
Who else thought it was the person Queen Elizabeth
USA is way better hahah
She has the deck and hanger space for 70+ aircraft.
yawn…. get a nuke powered carrier
Watch the full episode and and what they were talking about is actually a carrier strike group comprised of a Trafalgar class submarine then your frigates and cruisers and finally the resupply ship.
The meek shall inherit the earth ; after Europeans succeed in exterminating each other
Well duh, you always have to have a big tiddy maid named Belfast to follow you around.
Comes complete with a water slide on the front, a teeter totter below deck, and training wheels on either side of the rudder.
the uk should deploy it on the strait of hormuz.
The Royal Navy has experience losing a carrier by not providing adequate escorts from WW II.
Maybe because it's an Aircraft Carrier????..
Aren't we in a day and age where we should be fixing issues through diplomacy and not with $trillon dollar war ships?
The saddest part of all this is we can solve ALL yes ALL of the worlds problems with even half of the money that we spend on military and killing people. The entire world spends more on military and killing people than any other single Enterprise on the planet.
Only makes perfect sense. What navy would be so foolish as to send such a valuable unit to sea alone? Good on ya', mates!
Hasn't this been the case ever since torpedoes were invented?
Cheers from the USA!
This happened a year ago
0:22 She is gorgeous.
…for Queen & Country.😎
Because it's an aircraft carrier…
Because it doesn't have any sails.
Definitely carrying the Queen's soul
Well of course you can't let the Queen sail alone. Even if she can hold her own she still needs her body guards.
Good on ya Britain
god save the queen
Aircraft carriers have never been sent on without other ships to protect them. Nothing new there..
Actually, no carrier is allowed to sail alone.
Nimitz class is still cooler
0:22 Queen Won My ❤😍😘
Cheaper, more practical and easier to maintain/use.
The vessel name alone is to valuable
'Queen Liz is Britain's strongest strategic deterrent'
Trident Subs: 'I'm still here, am I a joke to you?!'
That's how most aircraft carriers travel they never or rarely travel on their own !
Like literally every other one?
